William & Brendan’s abundant  knowledge of the business is prevalent & ubiquitous, while Sharon & Karen are most helpful in the office.

All calls and logs are replied too, and when they say – they be here – they will be here.  We  are a busy 115 bedroom hotel, and they have never let us down, which is imperative, in high season.
